MEET JENNIFER VANDENBRAND
Jennifer has over 20 years in Human Resources, staffing and compliance. In addition, she attained a Master’s degree from Western Michigan University in HR Development – Workplace Learning and Development, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
She has worked in small, medium and large companies, both in the public and private sectors. Jennifer is now based in Grand Rapids, MI, however, she has lived and worked in Chicago, the Silicon Valley – Bay Area, Yosemite National Park, Nome, Alaska and Ghana, Africa. The exposure to these diverse cultures has provided her with a deep understanding of the different demands of various workplace environments.
She has a solid understanding of workplace dynamics and the importance of the culture, and why choosing the “right” person for the team can make or break a successful endeavor. What is most rewarding for Jennifer is to see her placed candidates develop successful, long lasting relationships in their new work environments and make a positive impact on the organization.
